Távmunka most és a jövőben… felkészültél? = Working remote now, and in the future... are you ready?

Abstract

A tanulmány Roberta Sawatzky előadását foglalja össze, melyet 2019 őszén tartott a „From digital nomads to remote companies - How to became location independent” konferencián Budapesten. Az előadás definiálta a távmunka fogalmát, valamint történeti áttekintést adott kialakulásáról. Bemutatta a nem helyhez kötött munkavégzéssel kapcsolatos aggályokat, rávilágított azok tipikus okaira. Az aggályok, félelmek feloldására összeállított egy lehetséges „receptet”, mely tartalmazza a sikerhez szükséges kompetenciákat. = This article summarizes lecture of Roberta Sawatzky which was held on autumn 2019 at „From digital nomads to remote companies - How to became location independent” conference. Roberta gave an exact definition of remote work and presented a historical overview about it. She listed several concerns in connection with remote work and highlighted the roots of them. To release the concerns, she outlined a possible „recipe” which contains the essential competences to succeed.
