Abstract

Az autóipar előtt álló változások sokféle irányt vehetnek. Míg technológiai oldalról a gyártási és értékesítési folyamatok digitalizációja, az adatvezérelt szolgáltatások megjelenése, az elektromos autók elterjedése és az önvezető autók – inkább távlati – térhódítása állítja kihívás elé a szektort, addig fogyasztói oldalról a vállalati és egyéni vevők változó elvárásaihoz kell alkalmazkodniuk az iparági szereplőknek. Az autóipar jövőjét meghatározó trendekkel kapcsolatban a sajtócikkek és olykor a tanácsadói jelentések is túlzó várakozásokat ébresztenek. Az iparági szereplők pedig egyszerre igyekeznek megfelelni a részvényesek és a kormányzati szereplők felfokozott várakozásainak, és reális stratégiai tervekkel készülni az előttük álló jövőre. A Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem Vezetéstudományi Intézete egy átfogó szakirodalmi feltáró kutatást és interjúkra építő kvalitatív kutatást készített több iparági szakértő bevonásával. A kutatás célja az volt, hogy az iparág különböző nézőpontú szereplőinek és egyéb érintettjeinek bevonásával reális képet alakítsunk ki arról, milyen trendek, folyamatok várhatóak az autóipari kereskedelem és szolgáltatások területén a következő 5-10 évben. Azokra a kérdésekre kerestük a választ, hogy a szektor szereplői hogyan vélekednek a globális változásokról, trendekről: ezek közül véleményük szerint melyek és hogyan fogják érinteni az autókereskedelmet és a hozzá kapcsolódó szolgáltatásokat? Mely trendeket tartanak az egyes szereplők valós kihívásnak, és ezekkel kapcsolatosan milyen várakozásaik vannak az elkövetkező 5-10 évre vonatkozóan? Magyarországon milyen hatásai várhatók mindennek?
