Abstract

After the change of regime, significant changes took place int he field of national security the Czech Republic, among which we cab discover both similarities and differences. After the break up of Czechoslovakia in 1993 national security services were also established int he Czech Republic and in 1994 , the country adopted laws regulating certain parts of the national security area int he period following the regime change military intelligence and counter measures were carried out in separate organizations in each int he Czech Republic until 2005.How the two data collection methods are used by the national security service in the Czech Republic. Before the change of regime in Czechoslovakia, several laws uniformly regulated the work and operation of state security services. The laws were passed apart by both states as they separated things from the laws. Basically there are four services in the Czech Republic, the work of which is regulated by a special law. The legal regulations of the Czech national security services have been constantly changing int he 21 st century. In the of structure there are 2 civilian and military service sin the Czech Republic. In terms of legislation, before the change of regime two laws regulated military services.
