Impact of intellectual capital on business satisfaction

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on job satisfaction. Methodology- This study was carried out in the form of literature review and it was aimed to illuminate the subject by gathering together the literature. Findings - In recent years, it seems that intangible assets such as intellectual capital have come to the forefront in creating competitive advantage for today's companies. Intellectual capital is the sum of information shared by organizational members that can be transformed into competitive advantages and profitability for organizations, and organizational processes based on this information. In companies with intellectual capital, the job satisfaction of employees will also be high. Conclusion - Job satisfaction is defined as the material interests of the work, and the happiness that the worker has brought to work with his colleagues and a work that he enjoys working together. Job satisfaction is a key element in the realization of organizational goals and will enable employees to fulfill their job satisfaction and increase their performance. This will be reflected in the performance of the company.
