Abstract

A tanulmány a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Kara Gazdálkodástani Doktori Iskolájának történetéből mutat be lényeges eseményeket. Bemutatja a kezdeti elképzelések megvalósulását, a Doktori Iskolában folyó oktatás alapelveit, és a megvalósulás folyamatait. Megismerteti az olvasót a képzés szerkezetével, a használt oktatásmódszertannal, és az alkalmazott minőségbiztosítási módszerekkel. Feltárja a képzési program fejlődését, és a jövő kihívásait. A cikk az iskola jövőképével zárul, az elkövetkező években is törekedni fog arra, hogy gazdálkodástudományok területén jól képzett, a munkájukat igényesen végző, a tudomány iránti tisztelettel és alázattal dolgozó kutatókat, kimű¬velt emberfőket képezzen. = The article describes some critical events from the history of the Doctoral School of Business Administration of the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs. It explains how the initial ideas were implemented, the governing principles of teaching, and the processes of realization. It shows the structure of doctoral education, the used teaching methodology, and quality assurance processes. The article reveals how the program developed and what are the challenges of the future. It closes with the vision; the school will strive to educate accomplished researchers in the field of business, who are ready to work ambitiously with the necessary respect and humility towards knowledge.
