A Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem képzéseinek munkaerőpiaci és hallgatói megítélése a Diplomás Pályakövetési Rendszer adatai alapján = Job market performance and graduate evaluation of the programs of Corvinus University of Budapest based on the Graduate Tracking System database

Abstract

Tanulmányunk célja a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetemen (BCE) nappali tagozaton abszolvált hallgatók munkaerőpiaci helyzetének vizsgálata az elmúlt szűk évtizedben. Az eredmények alapján egyértelműen látható, hogy a végzettek egyre könnyebben tudtak elhelyezkedni, emellett a munkatapasztalat növekedésével jelentősen (évente átlagosan 8-10%-kal) emelkedett a bruttó jövedelmük, és szintén növekedett a felsőfokú végzettséget igénylő munkakörökben való foglalkoztatottságuk. Hasonló megállapítások tehetők az azonos képzéseken, de más egyetemeken abszolvált hallgatók esetén is, azonban a BCE-n abszolváltak minden esetben kedvezőbb eredményekkel rendelkeznek. Ezzel összhangban a volt hallgatók döntő többsége újra beiratkozna a BCE-re, ha most kellene döntenie. = Our research aims to understand the job market performance of the students graduated at Corvinus University of Budapest (CUB) in the past decade. Results indicate that graduates can get their first job in a short time after graduation and it decreased in the past years. Furthermore, as work experience increases, gross income of the graduates grows substantially (on average 8% to 10% per annum) and higher percentage of them work in positions requiring tertiary education. Similar tendencies can be observed for students graduated in the same programs but at different universities. However, CUB graduates show much better outcomes in all metrics. In line with these results, the majority of the graduates would choose CUB again.
