Teljesítményértékelés kihívásai az Ipar 4.0 környezetben a Sanatmetal példáján keresztül = Challenges of Performance Evaluation in the Industry 4.0 Environment Through the Example of Sanametal

Abstract

A Sanatmetal Ipar 4.0 fejlettségét tekintve kimagasló teljesítményt nyújt, messze meghaladja a magyarországi átlagot. A vállalat informatikai rendszerének fejlesztése folyamatos. Már 2019-ben felmerült az igény a teljes alaprendszer lecserélésére, amelyet 2021. január elsején végre is hajtottak. Az új rendszerrel szembeni legfontosabb elvárás, hogy nagyobb rugalmassággal és költséghatékonyabban támogassa a gyártási folyamatokat, az Ipar 4.0-ra történő átállást. Az esettanulmány rávilágít arra, hogy milyen nehézségekkel kellett megküzdeniük az új informatikai rendszer bevezetése során. A hatékonyság növeléshez nem elegendő az infrastruktúra kiépítése, további kritikus tényező a munkaerő képzése és motivációja. Az új informatikai rendszer jelentősen felgyorsította a jelentéskészítési folyamatot. Minden fő terület számára (pl. kereskedelem, gyártás) kialakították a kontrolling jelentésüket, amely egyrészt vezetői döntést támogató riportokat tartalmaz, másrészt elemzési lehetőséget biztosít. A lekérdezési lehetőségek nagyon sokrétűek, sok további fejlődési lehetőség van még. A Sanatmetal számára az egyik kihívás, hogy hogyan tudják a fejlett informatikai rendszerüket a hatékonyságnövelés szolgálatában állítani. Ennek érdekében fel kell tárni a szűk keresztmetszeteket, a kritikus pontokat. Ebben jelenthet segítséget egy megfelelően kialakított KPI rendszer. = Sanatmetal provides outstanding performance in the development of Industry 4.0, far exceeding the Hungarian average. Developing the company's IT system is continuous. In 2019, there was a need to replace the entire basic system. The firm implemented the new system on January 1, 2021. The most important expectation for the new system was that it should support production processes and the transition to Industry 4.0 more flexibly and cost-effectively. The case study highlights the difficulties they faced concerning the implementation of the new IT system. Building the infrastructure is not enough to increase efficiency, another critical factors are the training and motivation of the workforce. The new IT system significantly accelerated the reporting process. For each main area (e.g. trade, production) they created their controlling report, which on the one hand contains reports supporting management decisions, and on the other hand provides an opportunity for analysis. The query options are very diverse, and there are still many opportunities for further development. One of the challenges for Sanatmetal is how to put their advanced IT system at the service of increasing efficiency. For this purpose, it is crucial to reveal the critical points. An appropriately properly designed KPI system can help this procedure.
